Return & Refund Policy
Customers are advised to carefully review the product listing before placing an order.
a) Return Eligibility
A return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during transit
- One or more items are missing from the order
- An incorrect item was delivered
- The product size received is incorrect
b) How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers must email customercare@brandmanretail.com with the following details:
- Clear image of the outer packaging
- Clear image of the product(s) received
- Order number
- Reason for requesting the return
c) Return Pickup
Once the return request is reviewed and approved by Sneakrz, the product will be scheduled for pickup within 2–3 working days.
d) Refund Process
The refund will be credited within 2-3 working days after the product pickup is completed.
Note: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. All returns are subject to approval by Sneakrz, and requests may be declined if the product does not meet the return quality criteria.
