Exchange Policy

Brandman Retail – Effective February 2026

Prices

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All merchandise will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time of purchase in accordance with Brand policies.

Limitation of Liability

Brandman’s sole and exclusive obligation and your exclusive remedy under this policy is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective product.

In no event shall Brandman be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising in contract, tort, under warranty or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits or injury to person or property.

Exchange Policy & Limited Warranty

Brandman warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of purchase.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only within 15 days from the date of purchase from Brandman exclusive stores, provided the product is in unused, saleable condition with all original tags attached, intact original packaging, and the original sales receipt / invoice.
  • Exchanges can only be processed at the same store from which the product was originally purchased.
  • Products purchased during End of Season Sale (EOSS), special offers, promotions, or discount periods are not eligible for exchange.
  • For any exchanged / replaced product, the original purchase date will be used to calculate the remaining warranty period.
  • Exchanges are offered only for products of the same or higher purchase value. If the replacement product costs more, you will be required to pay the differential amount.
  • We follow a strict NO REFUND policy. No cash refunds or store credit will be issued under any circumstances.
  • The product must be used only for its intended purpose as determined by the Brand. Failure to follow the provided care instructions or any inappropriate / misuse will render the product ineligible for exchange.
  • Products that show signs of harsh treatment, contact with rough/sharp/abrasive/acidic materials, or any kind of damage (other than manufacturing defects) will not qualify for exchange.
  • Footwear carries a limited warranty of 90 days from date of purchase.
    Apparel carries a limited warranty of 30 days from date of purchase.
    Warranty covers only manufacturing defects (e.g. stitching issues, linting, pasting failure, tearing due to faulty material/join).
  • Brandman’s decision on whether a claim / exchange request is approved shall be final and binding on the customer.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
  • Brandman reserves the right to amend, modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
